Order Processing Time:

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Please allow additional time during peak periods or holidays.
- We do not ship over the weekend.

Returns & Refunds:

- Return Approval: All return requests must be approved before a refund can be processed. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and unused.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Refund Processing: Once a return is approved and received, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
